About Us
We’re Rishi & Joe — a creative duo held together by big ideas, shared brain cells, and and the belief that great ideas happen when visuals and words work in sync.
Rishi is the Art Director, Joe is the Copywriter, but honestly? We both jump the fence constantly. Rishi writes lines when Joe blinks too long, Joe critiques colour palettes like he owns Adobe, and somehow it works.
Think of us as a two-man creative hydra: cut off a deadline and two new ideas grow back.
We concept, we bicker, we laugh at our own jokes, and then — eventually — we make the work look alarmingly good.
Two creatives, one mission: make stuff that slaps… and preferably before the caffeine wears off.
Both born and raised in the midst of Northampton, as much as we have in common we hold our own separate identities.
Rishi originating from Indian, the land of colour, chaos and unbeatable flavour.
And Irish Joe, where you might find a couple potatoes.
However, our work is like our Indian/Irish child — a beautifully chaotic blend of spice and storytelling, raised on equal parts stubbornness and creativity. It talks too much, thinks too big, and will be protected as it's our own. But honestly? That’s exactly why it stands out.
And as a team we know each other inside out, with almost three years working along side each other from the start of uni, we know ideas. Ambition and persistence are two of many things that we pride ourselves on.
We’re perfectionists in the best (and occasionally most annoying) way. Every idea gets pushed, pulled, sharpened, and questioned until it’s something we’d fight for. If it doesn’t hit our standard, it doesn’t make it to yours.
We're really just two laid back guys (until it matters) who you're bound to get along with. We don’t overcomplicate things — we just show up, think hard, and make work that actually matters. If you’re after ideas with personality (and people who don’t take themselves too seriously), you’re in the right place.
